First discovery of the hollinacean Ostracoda Pseudorakverella from the United States (Trenton Member, Martinsburg Formation, Virginia)

P. altalirata Rader n. sp., Superfamily Hollinacea, Family Quadrijugatoridae, is believed to be the first reported occurrence from the United States of the genus Pseudorakverella. The genus was previously known to occur only in the Middle Ordovician of western Estonia.
