A Guadalupian Parafusulina from a Shinarump conglomerate pebble in Arizona
Halsey W. Miller, and William J. Breed
Specimens of the fusulinid, Parafusulina, more advanced than any previously reported from Arizona, of Guadalupian (Word)-Permian age were found in a chert pebble from the Triassic Shinarump Conglomerate in northern Arizona. The specimens seem to be related to Parafusulina californica Staff and P. kingorum Dunbar & Skinner, both Word age species.
