Atokan fusulinids from the Casper Formation, east flank of the Laramie Mountains, Wyoming

John H. Hoyt, and John Chronic

Limestones in the lower part of the Casper Formation [Pennsylvanian] near Granite Canyon contain the small fusulinid, Profusulinella cf. P. spicata Thompson, of Atokan age. Near Granite Canyon the Casper ranges in age from Atokan to Wolfcampian inclusive.
