A new name for a Pleistocene foraminifer from the Netherlands

Nonion barleeanum var. inflatum, described from the Pleistocene of the Netherlands and subsequently reassigned to the genus Anomalinoides, is found to be preoccupied by Nonionina inflata. Therefore the new name Anomalinoides barleeanum var. zaandamae is proposed.
